This WebQuest is primarily for Second Year infants with an age range of 5- 7 yrs. Pupils will be introduced to seed germination which will require them to investigate what happens to seeds when they are planted and what they need to grow. This WebQuest encompasses a hands-on project and other interesting activities that will help bring the exciting world of Science to life. At this level pupils are inquisitive, tactile learners. The experience of learning through WebQuests, gives all pupils the opportunity to become independent thinkers. It also increases cooperation and discipline among students as they develop skills their interpersonal relationships.
